Family Solutions plans prayer event
An Orangeburg group dedicated to improving the quality of life for parents and children in rural communities is hosting a community prayer event on Monday, April 13.
Family Solutions, a program of the S.C. Office of Rural Health, will hold the prayer event at its office at 1031 Middleton St. at 10 a.m.
The event is in recognition of Black Maternal Health Week, April 11-17.
Family Solutions is the home for Healthy Start and Nurse Family Partnership, programs with targeted efforts to reduce infant death and illness and improve the health of children, women and families.
